Kerry London Underwriting On the Ball – Prize to win £50 of Love 2 Shop Vouchers

In order to enter the draw and a chance to win £50 of Love 2 Shop Vouchers all you need to do is send in your best photo of you enjoying one of the England vs India test matches played this summer, and provide a one sentence caption to accompany it.

1. The promoter is Kerry London Limited (trading as Kerry London Underwriting), company no. 2006558, whose registered office is 2^ndFloor John Stow House, 18 Bevis Marks, London, EC3 7JB.
2. The draw is open to all employees of brokers registered with Kerry London Underwriting. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years. It is not open to any employees of the Kelliher Insurance Group, including Kerry London Limited and/or their family members / close relatives or anyone else otherwise connected with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. The closing date for the prize draw is 11pm on the 14^th September 2018.
6. Entries are restricted to brokers within the UK only. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the prize draw and how to enter are as follows:
   • You must email your photo to Mark Harcott with a one sentence caption (markharcott@kerrylondonunderwriting.co.uk)
   • All entries will go into a prize draw, with the winner selected at random.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
10. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 calendar days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
16. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address; Kerry London Limited, 2^ndFloor John Stow House, 18 Bevis Marks, London, EC3 7JB.
17. By entering this prize draw any entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
